+Mad Fiddler Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 Sending out thoughts and prayers from NE Ohio! Hope you all are well And from Tennessee, too. I grew up in Minnesota -- even worked in Dinkytown for a while. I just returned home after spending a couple of weeks in Hastings while my dad had a knee replaced. Spent all day in the car and didn't know this had happened until I talked to my dad last night. My heart stopped -- thinking of how horrifying and unexpected this had to have been for all of you, and how long it will take for the Cities to recover physically and emotionally. My thoughts are with all of you. I love my home state -- and I know that the long tradition of Minnesotans pulling together for the common good will help get you through this. Quote
+mcrow Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 I just missed the accident. If I hadn't been working late lastnight I'd have been tangled up in that mess. Quote

+mtn-man Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 I've been watching the MnGCA forums. So far, no cachers are reported missing, but one of the cachers up there has apparently lost one of their friends. Quote
+merkman Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 On behalf of all Minnesotans, geocachers or not, Thank You for your thoughts and concerns. Quote
