What does &nzc mean?

This is a known bug in the way geocaching.com decrypts the hint. In HTML (the language which is used send a web page to your computer) an ampersand symbol (&) is a special character. So it must be encoded as & amp; (without the space). Your browser then know to display this as an ampersand. But when you decrypt the hint, this is changed to &nzc;. Your browser doesn't recognize this as a special entity so it displays &nzc;. If you see &nzc; in a decrypted hint, just read it as an ampersand (&).
