How can I change cache owner's name?

A fellow geocacher is interested in taking over my caches. What is the best way to do this? At a glance, I can't see how I can change the owner's name. I appreciate any help.

Changing the name won't do anything except make it appear that someone else placed the cache besides you. It sounds like uou want to transfer ownership or adopt. Here's where you need to go.
