Gpx files uuughhh

I just purchased a palm t3, cachemate and downloaded gsak, how can i get gpx files instead of loc files I am a premium member and ran pocket query but they are still coming up loc files.Any help is much appreciated.

Remember that your PQs are emailed to you. Those should come in the GPX format.

 

To turn LOC files into GPX files, use GPSBabel.

Be sure to select GPS Exchange Format (*.GPX) from the In the format drop down list near the bottom of the Pocket Query form. You can use GPSBabel to convert a *.LOC to a *.GPX file but they won't have all the information in them.

You can use GSAK too for the conversion of LOC files to GPX.

 

Import the LOC files first. Then export them as GPX file (file>export as> gpx files). Quite simple, doh.

 

Related to the pocket queries: Probably you forget to activate on of the days on which the query needs to be processed and be sent to you. If you choose the current day, you'll get it immediately.

PQ to Cachemate. (Just convert the GPX file to PDB with their tool provided.) - simple.

 

No need for GSAK unless you took the college course. GSAK- not so simple.
