These are my GPS readings N32 50'.736, and this is what I found on Google Earth 32°50'45.09"N, why the difference?

Just different ways of writing the same info.

 

Example: 9:45 is the same as quarter to ten.

Your GPS is reading in degrees, minutes and fractional minutes. Google Earth is using degrees, minutes and seconds. There are several other ways of providing coordinates as well. Edited by TrailGators

When you are logged on to gc.com and visit a detail page of a cache you find a link at the right of the coordinates to other formats. Those mean always the same.
