That thread had me crying in laughter at times. GeoCide was born from these threads and socks which lead to the inspiration behind the GeoCide GeoCoin, in both satin nickel and satin gold. I remember this one; Vasinger logged in for 9 days several years ago, had 0 finds and 0 hides, and all 18 forum posts were regarding the subject "Virginia should not be in the Northeast Forum". The one man (and obvious sock puppet) lobbying effort did actually succeed in getting the Northeast Forum re-named the "Mid-Atlantic Forum" as it's still known today. Thread link EDIT: That's not his best forum thread, I'm not getting any hits on "see all forum posts" by this user. That was a great sock puppet though, under the classic "false identity through which a member of an Internet community speaks with or about himself or herself, pretending to be a different person" definition of one.
