I've read the MN Department of Natural Resources' website information regarding geocache placements and permits, but that's for state land. Information is starting to get sparse and variable from city to city and county to county. I guess I can start making phone calls and sending emails to Parks and Recreation managers for more information. I was wondering if anyone had specific information for the St. Paul/Maplewood areas.
