dlsknight
Hey Gang, It has been about a month or so since I looged onto the Geocaching.com website and have noticed a few changes. The one thing that is missing or being overlooked is the Cache Type. It use to have a little area to the right above the box where TB listings would be. It would show Micro, Small, Large etc. Has this been taken away? Am I just missing it? It helped when I was taking the kids out caching seeing that I would skip micro's with them and come back on my own. Just wondering Link to comment
+Bambography
Its now a silly little image located with Difficulty & Terrain. The size of the little square tells you the size of the cache (roughly). I'd much rather the text back! Link to comment
+TheAprilFools
I agree with Bambography, I would rather just have clear text. This is at least in a prominate place, the old one was text but off to the side. Link to comment
+Markwell
BTW - that's the size, not the type. Link to comment
crawil
The type is now "a silly little image" just to the left of the title. Traditional, multi, etc. This text is also AWOL from the page. Link to comment
+Knight2000
Traditional, multi, etc. This text is also AWOL from the page. No. Its still there. Link to comment
+HaLiJuSaPa
The "silly little image" was always there, but no one (including myself) really noticed it because the text is a much more obvious thing. I personally prefer to have the text back, but if doing this reduces the "weekend slowdown" problem, so be it. Link to comment
crawil
Traditional, multi, etc. This text is also AWOL from the page. No. Its still there. My bad. I missed the dark text in the slightly less-dark colored bar tucked into the far corner of the display area. Link to comment
