+wandering4cache
I have a Garmin GPSmap60cs. I've downloaded the plug-in needed for the new "Send to GPS" feature on GC.com. I've tested the plug-in on Garmin's test page. Says good to go. But, when I try to "Send to GPS", I get "The plug-in was not unlocked successfully." Did I miss something? Didn't see anything about unlocking the plug-in. ??? Help this dansel in distress while techie hubby is away on business. Edited June 5, 2007 by wandering4cache Quote Link to comment

If so, do you see a yellow bar (warning notice) on top of the webpage? The plug-in may be blocked. Peter Quote Link to comment
+wandering4cache
Should have told you I was trying to do it in AOL. (Yeah --- I know. ) And yes, I just got it to work right in IE6. But still not in AOL. But thanks for sending me in the right direction. That's 2 brand new problems now with this site & AOL since changes recently. I'm sure I'll be fidning more. I guess its time to break my habit & just use IE. Thanks again. At least I can get them loaded & out the door faster now!!! Quote Link to comment

Not just AOL, but other browsers can have problems with plug-ins. Firefox didn't want to work with the Garmin plug-in as well. There could be solutions for other browsers but most plug-ins are written with IE in mind . . . Have fun! Peter Quote Link to comment
