PilotMike
I've tried (unsuccessfully) to find a way to have a map (preferably google map) of the caches I haven't found in a given area. I've messed with some bookmark options, none of which I've figured out well enough and tried to make a bookmark pocket query but when I do that, it only gives me a run date and output option... It's missing all of the radius, types, found, owned, options etc. What am I missing? Link to comment
Tweedledum & Tweedledee
Well if you do make a pocket query of a list of bookmarked caches you can view them in google maps. Now as to why all the options are missing when you try to make a pocket query of a bookmark list, that is because you don't need to define what caches you want on the pocket query page since you have done that by making a bookmark list. +Miragee
I use GSAK for that. I'll find a cache in that area, use it as the center point, then do a quick distance filter and create a .gpx file out of those few caches. I open that in Google Earth to see where they are and what the best access is. Link to comment
Raine
I am currently working on this with google maps, but can only cook so many dishes in the oven at once. -Raine Link to comment
oldnavy59
this is a GSAK macro . This feature allows me to pick a cache and see what's visually be able to determine what caches are nearby. There is a nice macro in the GSAK library that will do this for you as well. You can download from here Link to comment
normandcat
I guess I can only ask.... Why did we loose this great functionality from the site? I used to use this every time I set up a day to go caching. Although I'm a big supporter of this site, I really hate the loss of this feature. -Dwight Link to comment

PilotMike
I guess the "Map Options" thread might be hinting at a feature like this... I hope Link to comment
