+KFBradley Posted May 6, 2007 Posted May 6, 2007 More and more people are moving to larger, widescreen monitors, yet the Goodies have few widescreen images, and all are in a rather small size. I know not everyone has a 27 inch widescreen monitor (like me) but even the more common 24 inch monitors have a native resolution of 1920 x 1200. Perhaps it's time for change?
+HaLiJuSaPa Posted May 6, 2007 Posted May 6, 2007 I'm not sure what the Goodies are, but many of us are just as well still on 17" monitors with good old 1024x768. So not so fast.... I imagine there's a way to make it work on both, where the people with "monitor bling" can see it in a way that takes full advantage of their screen, but given website problems as it is now (sometimes slow performance on weekends, often on weekends notifications don't work for some accounts), it may not be such a good idea to have them do yet.
+alexrudd Posted May 6, 2007 Posted May 6, 2007 The "goodies" are just desktop wallpapers and such. Adding widescreen images would not affect website issues in the least.

If that's the case then you're right and my apologies. No reason why there can't be both a "regular" and "widescreen" version of these kind of things to make everyone happy. Thanks for noting!

+jamierytlewski Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 For the month of May you had a 1280 x 800 version of the calendar in the goodies section. Now for June there are no widescreen versions. Could you make the June calendar in 1280 x 800? Thanks, Jamie
+Knight2000 Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 I know not everyone has a 27 inch widescreen monitor (like me) Geez, thats like 30% larger than our biggest television!
