You need to have the photo sitting in a directory on your PC. When you post a log, (Retrieve, note, etc) after you hit submit you will see a link to [upload image]. Click that and select Browse. Drill down to the directory where your photo is at, select it, type in a File Caption if you wish, and then Upload.
