forthferalz
Many thanks Geo_Leprechaun for your blessing ! 102 Still walking like a puppet due to the caching on the weekend ( Hobartians are mad! ) i nevertheless decided to limp along yesterday to my TB hotel, luckily rated for wheelchair access and placed near a bench, to check out a lost coin for some scouts as promised and drop off a bunch of travellers. For a moment I thought I was actually going to have to DNF my own cache yet again then one last rustle into the bushes away from where I last placed it and pain forgotten! Also inside was yet another lost coin which was logged into a TB graveyard in Portugal. Perhaps it's been in the land of the wee folk for a while. Quote Link to comment

koikeeper
Stopped by to do maintenance on my cache, The Cliffs, since nobody had found it for awhile. We couldn't understand why there seemed to be a kaleidoscope of colors coming through the treetops as we approached it. When I opened the cache box, I found a POT OF GOLD... a POT OF GOLD geocoin. It was a very pleasant surprise. I'm not sure when the Geo Leprechaun stopped but I must have had the luck of the Irish with me to stumble upon it! Just wanted to thank the Geo Leprechaun for a wonderful coin and I hope you enjoyed your visit to The Cliffs! Quote Link to comment

matlock75
Here we go. We usually stay every Sunday in our parish. My wife is always in a hurry, to get the kids ready for the church, to have a short breakfast and then go outside. But not this Sunday. We stayed in bed a very long this time. (Not what you're thinking now, we have two little children, there is no time for this one (-; ) So we get up and have a longer Breakfast than other Sundays. It was really good. Then I got the idea to Drop some of Coins I got from a friend in the USA. I couldn´t do this earlier because I was sick, so I couldn´t leave my House. I went to my Cache with the Coins and my Camera. The Camera is always in my Car, to make some pictures for my friend in USA. As I arrived at the place where I placed the Cache, I was shocked. I stashed the Mystery Cache on a really dark night so I can´t remember where it was. I left my GPS Receiver at home, loool . After a search for a little while I found the Cache. The Cache has really good camouflage. Great, I thought to myself. Then I opend the little Ammo Box. I surveyed all trade items, also the Logbook and the Coins. Hey, what´s that? I was shocked for a moment. This is a POT OF GOLD from Geo_Leprechaun! A mystery Coin in my Cache? For me? He was here? The little Leprechaun was here? Was there a rainbow that desended from the heavens and he came for a fast turn to my area? I was looking for him, but I couldn´t find him. There was no Rainbow anything else. Woooohoooooo. I made some pictures and went home. My Mission, if you wanna hold this Coin, please Trade fair for it. O.K. to Trade a Mystery Coin isn´t the simplest, I think. So I looked in my coin bag and started seeking for an unactivated Coin. I found one and wrote a little bit for the next who will find this Cache. As I surveyed the Logs on this Cache, I was sure Geo_Leprechaun was on this Cache. There was a Log entry he had left. Woooohooooo What should I say? THANK YOU SO MUCH LEPRECHAUN for this great Coin. And yes, I believe, I believe that I got one of these great Coins, a Pot of your Gold!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! (-: #176 God will bless you, and your work. You make so many Cachers Happy with these Coins. I will share this Coin with all Cachers, I meet at Events..... +Drumin
Congratulations to all recent finders. Geo_Leprechaun has paid a visit to Scotland too! By coincidence I had been planning to do the Casino Royale cache and had been waiting for an opportunity to visit when I noticed he had logged the cache a few days earlier. Not knowing much about Geo Leprechaun or mystery coins I did not pay much attention to the reference to ME gold so imagine my surprise on opening the log book to find such a smart and attractive coin. It is numbered 172 BTW. After some research I now know how rare these are and feel lucky to have chanced on one. I traded some of my gold (a £1 coin) and I will probably move this pot of gold on to a cache I think deserves such a nice coin. I have one in mind Thanks again to the Geo_Leprechaun, Drumin Quote Link to comment
Mr.Explorer3
WooHoo!! To find a Geo_Leprechaun coin in my 1000th cache find was awesome. It was quite a hike through the snow, ice, and mud, but I was mesmerized by the colors in the air. I thought this was because of the milestone but I must have been in the rainbow to find my pot of gold. Thanks Geo_Leprechaun for leaving a little treasure for me. I traded an unactivated SEIGO, a personalized Idaho 2007 geocoin, and another geocoin for the next finder. Mr.Explorer3 Quote Link to comment

Redcap the Druid
Woohoo! I can hardly believe it is true, but I picked up my pot o' gold at long last!!! I have drooled over the coin in this very thread but never dreamed that I would own one of these magical treasures. I was tipped off by MrExplorer3 the other day that the Geo_Leprechaun had visited Idaho recently and I rushed out the door to see if it was true. Sure enough, I peeled off the lid to the cache and saw the glint of sweet leprechaun gold! We druids are very fond of leprechauns and even fonder of hidden treasure. Now I can sleep peacefully with a wee bit of gold clasped tightly in my fist. Yeeha! #195 Many thanks to the Geo-Leprechaun and MrExplorer3 - you both do so much to make us cachers smile. +tadpole379
w00t!! The Geo Leprechaun paid one of my caches a visit!! It was a nice day out today, so I decided to do maintenance on one of multicaches and pick up the TB that had been sitting there for 2 months. As I pulled in I noticed that there was a bit of a rainbow shimmer in the air above the trees, and when I opened up the ammo can, I could see why!! The Geo Leprechaun had left me coin #199!! I wish I had brought a camera with me, but I was just making a quick stop. Good thing I happened to have a geocoin in my pocket, so I was able to leave an unactivated coin in trade I will post some photos when I get a chance. Thank you so much Geo Leprechaun!! +sweetlife
Heard a story on our local Television here in Wisconsin that man was riding a bus and there he looked down by his seat andthere sat and he found a pot of gold stuffed with 50 gold Saquewa (mis-spelled) coins. What a nice Gift that was. Glad to see it brightened his day. It showed pictures on tv of the man with the pot of gold and his dumping out the coins in his hand a a friendly note saying that he is lucky to have been the one to find the pot of gold. This is fantastic and I just happened to remmeber this story and had to share it with everyone else here in the forumns sweetlife Quote Link to comment
