adp1942
I signed up and paid (through PayPal) for Premium Membership, yet every time I try to use the features like bookmarks or PQs, notes come up that I must be a Premium Member. I did enter the Subscription Number: S-xxxxx that came, and when I try to re-enter it, I'm told that that has already been done. What have I missed? Or is patience needed for my membership to be fully entered in the system? Cheers, Allen adp1942 Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
You are not showing as a premium member right now. It should be almost instant. Did you log out and log back on? If you are still having difficulty send an e-mail to contact@geocaching.com. Quote Link to comment
+WeCampToo
Its not instant, evidentually something changed, as when I registered it said like 3 days and it took that in working days. So if it hasn't been 3 days maybe just wait till after that. Good Luck, Allen Quote Link to comment
2buds&abug
I am trying to upgrade to a premium membership, but I do not know my S- number. Any ideas how to figure it out? Quote Link to comment

You should get an email if you paid via PayPal. I paid by credit card, and my account was upgraded without any further action by me. Quote Link to comment
Love
The S- # is only associated with subscriptions through Paypal. If you signed up this way and aren't sure of your number, you can log into your Paypal account or contact Paypal to get that activation code. Quote Link to comment
