Margaretta - TLHM Number 2 was a Tom Collins, however I see now that the main differences between a Tom Collins and a Gin Fizz are the Tom Collins is served over ice in a tall galss, but as I left out those details it could also be a Gin Fizz. So we're just looking for number 5, and it's another 'classic' not one of the silly modern ones with rude names ; it can also be made with Brandy, Cointreau (or triple sec), and lemon juice.
