Ok, to keep the tower theme running, where are/were these unfinished towers? 4 Is the Spinnaker tower in Portsmouth 5 Looks like a Tessla tower but I don't know where 6 Is the Gaudi Temple in Barcelona 7 is in Oban, Scotland 1. 2. 3. 4. Yep, it's the Wembley Tower, which stood, unfinished, on the site of the stadium until 1907. It's the Peoples Palace in Bucharest, after the Pentagon it’s the second largest office space in the world. It's built entirely from Romanian materials and no one knows how much it cost to build.
