The last 2 were the Manzanares solar tower in Spain, and the Tokyo Tower.

Well that's a surprise! Good guesses! :) Ok, to keep the tower theme running, where are/were these unfinished towers?

Only leaves number 4 (which I did at School), and number 6 (which I aways expected to be the toughie).

The only other one I've heard of and I have no idea how to spell it (or say it for that matter!) but what about Cornilius or Corinthius or Corilinus.........something like that!

Well now you've given me a dilema, 'cos you're on the right lines but I don't think Paxman would give it to you, on the other hand your third attempt isn't too far off the correct spelling of Coriolanus, and you did get Julius Caesar earlier so......

You're reaching for Corialanus.

My guess at another obscure one is Titus Andronicus

Oooh I'd have given you the ding but I'd already started to reply to TLHM before you posted, but was then delayed by website problems - Sorry :D

No Problem. I'm enjoying these picture questions and I doubt I'd devise one as good as these.

Isn't it Ceaucescu's gaff in Romania? Not sure what it's called...

DING!

It's the Peoples Palace in Bucharest, after the Pentagon it’s the second largest office space in the world. It's built entirely from Romanian materials and no one knows how much it cost to build.

It is enormous. Some of it is used today as government offices what's not used is empty.

From the photo I can see the street where I was mugged!
