It's taken a loooooong time to get the die art at the mint correct, but I think we finally have succeeded in graphically explaining the vision of a puck to the mint. It's become a labour of love but it finally looks like a puck and should be ready to drop in caches before playoffs! Sorry no pics until we see a satisfactory sample. Actually, all the different itterations of die art attempts from the mint would probably be quite entertaining! It is not round, it is a off-side view, 25mm x 23mm, flat and black nickel. If anyone's wondering it will be priced the same as the previous Canada Micro coins: $49.00CAD for 10 or $29.00CAD for 5. That works out to about $41.17US for 10 and $24.37US for 5. What's really cool is the coins icon, which is a Penguin coming out of an igloo. I would say it's a must have for any sports or hockey fan. Quote Link to comment

The Toronto 2006 geocoin has the blue Maple Leaf of the Toronto Maple Leafs right in the center of the backside of it and also uses the blue Maple Leaf as it's icon.
