Post a note asking them to email yout and let you know if they are watching. There is no direct way.

If you make your cache a member's only cache (Premium member feature), then you can view an audit log to see:

1) Who has viewed your cache page.

2) When the first and last time they viewed your cache page.

3) How many times they have viewed your cache page.

Years ago Jeremy had said he would likely add this feature...the idea wound up on the cutting room floor I guess.
