+StarBrand
Great - Welcome aboard. Get your .GPX file via a Pocket Query (sounds like you know about that) Get Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK) or EasyGPS and open the .GPX file. Use the functions in the above programs to tranfer the waypoints to the GPS - be sure you install the Garmin USB drivers before anything else. Set the program for your GPS (Garmin) and just hit send. I strongly recommend GSAK. Quote Link to comment
+Miragee
Here is a little GSAK tutorial to get you started with that great, powerful, impossible-to-live-without-now program. Quote Link to comment
chuckr30
Downloading GPX files from geocaching.com requires a paid membership. For free waypoints, go to the cache page, download the LOC file for the cache (link is near the top of page), and load into your GPS using GSAK. I don't think EasyGPS supports LOC files. +StarBrand
.... I don't think EasyGPS supports LOC files. It does. Used it for 2 years with .LOC files. Quote Link to comment

+sTeamTraen
Also, take a few minutes to learn how to capture a waypoint in the GPSr and then modify it to contain the coordinates of where you want to go. In other words, to build a waypoint from scratch. Downloading them is less error-prone and quicker, but there will be times when you want to be familiar with the functions of your unit.
