Importing to Streets & Trips

What is the easiest way to import waypoints into Streets and Trips? I have attempted to use the import function in the program but it does not recognize .gpx or the .loc formats used in a pocket query. In looking at saved S&T files they are stored in an .est format. How can I manipulate this so that I can use the information in S&T??
