+Moosiegirl
I did a PQ at about 8:15 PST and it shows to have run. Also, an all-finds query. It is now 10:28 PST and I haven't received the emails with the zip files. Just wondering what's going on? Thanks, Link to comment
+Team_KiloSierra
Likewise, I've had three PQ's run today (two were new) and I haven't received them in email. Link to comment
+sawblade5
I have onyl recived 1 of them out of my 5 that I get on Mondays. Link to comment
Skippermark
I too am having the same problem and have run 7 PQs over the last 2 days and only received 2 of them. I ran 5 PQs yesterday at 10 a.m., 2 of them arrived within 5 minutes, 3 did not even though GC says they were generated. I checked my mail server logs, and the emails never made it to my mail server. I hadn't run these PQs in a long time, so they all should have come at the same time. They are going to a private domain server and not to a public email account where they could be considered spam. I had no choice but to run the unreceived PQs again. The GC server indicates they were generated at 12ish a.m. today, but now, at 7 a.m., they still haven't arrived. My mail server logs indicate nothing was received. This stinks because we're using up our available PQ credits and not receiving them. Can we get credit so we can resend the ones that we didn't receive? Link to comment
+beejay&esskay
Who are you using for e-mail? Several of us noticed a problem with gmail last week which gmail confirmed was their problem and they fixed it. (And I have a problem with 3 of 4 PQs this morning.) Link to comment
+GeoDrill
I too have only recieved one pq of 4 that were ran. They seem to have gone into the ether. Link to comment
Keystone
Closing duplicate thread; there are four other topics open with similar problems. Sorry, I don't have any information to report. Link to comment
