kc2iyh
I see alot of groups and individuals have had success - some incidental- in getting print media interested in writing articles about geocaching. I wonder if anyone ever approached PBS or NPR about doing something. We could play up the preparedness angle like getting familiar with GPS's and being able to use them in emergencies and the public service angles like CITO and other special events. PBS and NPR are constantly looking for stories of public interest that no one else wants to cover. Quote Link to comment
+StarBrand
Seems to me that NPR has done a few stories - I think a link to one was posted in the forums some time ago - I will look for it. Quote Link to comment

I could find a few, both in audio format. http://savvytraveler.publicradio.org/show/.../feature1.shtml http://www.loe.org/shows/shows.htm?program...-00010#feature8 Quote Link to comment
+Confucius' Cat
Well, I guess that would be a good idea. Probably would reach a FEW more people than the Podunk Journal. Quote Link to comment
