WRITE SHOP ROBERT
Sometimes when I notice a new cacher logging on a cache, I send them a welcome note. Anybody else ever do that? Quote Link to comment
wiseye
I do it occasioaly, I always do it when I see a new cacher DNF one of mine. In several cases this has thr encouragement and contact has kept them in caching. Quote Link to comment
BlueDeuce
If I see a post that they have questions about their gps (accuracy) or geocaching in general I'll email and direct them to our local forum. Quote Link to comment
unicyclist
I dont really do it for new cachers as much as I do it for out of towners. Quote Link to comment
briansnat
Sometimes, especially if they have difficulty with a cache of mine. Quote Link to comment
bilbad
When I found my first cache set by Olf D'Coors he emailed me and welcomed me to caching. I still have the email and have since met him and email him now and then. I made a new friend. I remember it really made me feel welcomed and a part of the Geocaching family. Quote Link to comment
