I was browsing caches using Google Earth when I came across this one in Saudi Arabia near the Iraq border. It was first found 812 days after being placed, and there have been no other visits!

I was browsing caches using Google Earth when I came across this one in Saudi Arabia near the Iraq border. It was first found 812 days after being placed, and there have been no other visits!

 

Man, the website is slow on a Sunday night. I figured I'd look to arctic Canada, and within minutes found one that blows it away. Here it is, east of Yellowknife, accesable by boat. Went about 5 years before being found. I'm not saying it's a record or anything though.

Saw one on a far north frozen island a while back - Had not been found in about 4.5 years.

Gosh! Soon we'll have moon caches. (Great view, low gravity! Only one catch, parking costs $10,000,000 per passenger.)
