+GRNZOOM Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 I though I was downloading, CA, NV, & AZ to the 1 GB card in my 60csx. When I went to "Region" I found AZ, CA, ID, NV, NM, OR, & UT. Neo_Geo Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 (edited) Not knowing what MapSource maps you're working with, my best guess is that some data from the adjacent states overlap into segments of the states you're loading. As a test, on the computer, select a map segment which borders another state, and zoom down close on the borderline and see if some of the pink doesn't bleed over to the adjacent state. As another test, on your GPSr, try searching for a specific address deeper into one of the unwanted states and see if it finds it. Edited January 17, 2007 by Neo_Geo Quote Link to comment
GeoidPS Posted January 18, 2007 Share Posted January 18, 2007 Not to step on any toes, the best way to view the maps which you loaded on your gpsr is to transfer the maps from your gpsr to an untitled (blank) mapsource screen and view the maps listed under the map column. The maps which are transfered come in as highlighted (pink) and will be the only ones listed. It may well be that some states are bundled into one region. Quote Link to comment
