+geognerd
How well does it work with the geocaching.com KML? I remember a while back v4 had some issues displaying caches with the correct symbols. Quote Link to comment
+GeoPoe
Looks like Google Earth v4 is now out of beta: http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html Scott I downloaded v 4 on my laptop and then downloaded geocachingnetworkkml.kml. My laptop will not open this file (kml). It needs to know what program that created it. I didn't have any problems with the earlier earth google and geocachingnetworkkml on my home computer, just the my laptop. Any clues? Quote Link to comment
+ICHTHYS
Just upgraded. Having a bit of a problem with the geocaching.kml. Now and then it changes the icons to yellow pushpins rather than the icon types when I zoom in and out. Quote Link to comment
+popop
Just upgraded. Having a bit of a problem with the geocaching.kml. Now and then it changes the icons to yellow pushpins rather than the icon types when I zoom in and out. I've seen the same phenom - seemed to me to change to yellow pushpins every other refresh of the kml. I've seen this behavior for 3-4 weeks now. I've been using the latest BETA all along and haven't upgraded to the "non-beta" version yet so this behavior isn't new with the "non-beta" version of GE4. Irritating but usable.....
