+Tinfoil Annie
Hi, is there a way of restricting searches to a direction as well as a radius in a specific zip code? Like, 2.5-mile radius, but only those in the NW sector? I do have a Premium Membership and understand there are pocket queries but since I don't have a Palm Pilot, don't know if that feature is useful. Reason I ask is that I'm doing most of my caching on foot right now, being really new at it, and it would be sweet to exclude those which are not in my direction of travel. Thanks in advance for any help. Ann Quote Link to comment
+gof1
I know of no way to restrict the direction of a zip code search. But the Pocket Queries may be helpful even without a PDA. Using a program such as GSAK you can bulk load caches to your GPSr. You can the use the "find" feature of your GPSr to look for the next nearest cache, and the direction to it. Quote Link to comment
+Markwell
If you overshoot your PQ, GSAK will limit the search to a direction. Quote Link to comment
