Travel bug template ?

I am looking for a template for a travel bug. I made a travel bug over a year ago and used a template from this site.

To have the instructions printed with my bug. But I cannot find the template I used for my travel bug.

any one have one or know where there is one /

Thanks where is this bug page , I just looked but not sure what page you mean ,

What I am looking for is something to attach with the bug that states the goal of the bug ,

like credit card size or there abouts.

but when I released that travel bug I had two laminated cards with it , one explaining the mission , one explaining it was a travel bug.

The cards I got from a template on the web , then just typed in what I needed and print .

Now I cant find any thing like that .
