60cx: Map setup question.

I just bought a new Garmin 60cx last week, switching from my eXplorist 210. On the map page of my 210 I could choose what is to be displayed on the map (ie. turn off geocache points). How do I do this on the 60cx? I have read the manual and didnt see anything about this. I may have over looked it but I would love some help from you experienced Garmin folks. It's quite annoying seeing 500 geocache points all over my map when Im just trying to hike down a trail. Thanks

While on the map page click the menu button and choose "Set up" map. and click enter. Go to the tool bar and highlight the flag icon. Then go down to "User Waypoints" and select the distance you want the waypoints to show. You can choose from 30 feet out, or choose none at all. I keep mine set on 1 mile.

I believe Page 44 of the manual (map page set up) map points will help you out. Also maybe the declutter feature may help.

Check it out and let us know if that helped any.
