Blocking individuals in the Forums

G'day

 

In one or two threads lately it has been suggested that via My Controls one can activate a setting to ignore postings by individuals. Would this be correct? If so can someone please point me in the right direction?

 

I have had a look at My Controls and the help files but seem to be missing the key piece of information.

1. Click on "My Controls."

2. Look over to the far left of the screen, then down that column to where it says "Options."

3. Click on "Manage Ignored Users"

4. In the screen that pops up, type the username(s) of the user(s) you wish to ignore.

5. Click the "Update Ignored Users" button at the bottom of the list.

Go to My Controls. On the menu list on the left under the Options heading you should see a link that says "Manage Ignored Users". Click that.

 

 

I have never used it but it seems pretty straight forward.
