+graylling
Now if I smoked that might be a deal I could go for. lol For these two coins? Whattaya asking? Actually there are so many HTF and older coins that I want I don't know which ones I want most so I figured I would just open it up to offers and see what happens. Quote Link to comment

+graylling
Well it took a lot of thinking and a bit longer than I expected but I have made a trade for the coins. I won't say who I dealt with (I'll leave that up to them if they want to reveal themselves) but I'm sure they will be very happy. Much thanks to everyone who made me an offer. I took a good look at every deal and accepted the one that most fit into my collecting philosophy. There were a lot of very enticing ones there that would make most people very happy but I could only accept 1. Edited January 3, 2007 by graylling Quote Link to comment

+islander1988
Good grief. I go offline for a week and a half on holidays and when I get back and start catching up I find all kinds of stuff I missed. For those who don't know about these coins, they were minted by a cacher in Winnipeg about 4 years ago, long before the geocoin craze took off. There were only 50 of each minted. Oh, don't tell me that! I'm trying to collect all the Canadian coins; now I have to add these to my seeking list. Like I didn't have enough HTF coins on it already. I had always assumed they were some rare & simple coin Groundspeak had put out. Well, looks like I missed out. Maybe next time. For one of those I probably would have offered my spare Calgary gold. Given only 25 were made I'm probably one of the few non-locals to have an extra. Quote Link to comment
