BlueDeuce
The United For Diabetes TBs are already activated. You only need to grab it from its current location. If you are having trouble logging it, first make sure that the 0s are not Os and the Is are not 1s. If that doesn't work for you, send an email with both the tracking number on the tag, and the TB number on the page (if you have it) to contact@Groundspeak.com and put "U4D TB tracking# problem" as your subject line. +PlantAKiss
I got my UFD TB today! Looking forward to sending it out. Thank you...and a BUMP. --------------------------- I'm adding an edit in here so there won't be a double post. I have discovered that the chain on my TB won't hold. It keeps coming apart and the circle falls off. It's come off in my hand and in my pocket several times. I don't want the circle part of the tag to get separated from the TB itself so does anyone know where you can purchase chains like the one attached so I can replace it? Hardware store? Sporting goods? Edited January 4, 2007 by PlantAKiss Quote Link to comment
Eartha
Craft stores? I Googled "ball chain" and came up with several places. Quote Link to comment
Cashe Crusaders
Some cachers locally are also attaching a laminated tag with the mission of the TB and also attaching it to the chain. Edited January 5, 2007 by Cashe Crusaders Quote Link to comment
Cashe Crusaders
The United TB's have been trickling into the Maritimes the last few days. Geo-froggie received hers today but we are still waiting. Perhaps we mistyped or something on the original form. We will just have to grab some in local caches to play along. It is truly a great cause with a high incidence of diabetes in these parts of the Maritimes. Thanks to Groundspeak for allowing cachers to participate. Quote Link to comment

sTeamTraen
Has anyone else noticed that when Internet Explorer 7 is loading a page, the page's icon in the tab is replaced by a blue circle very like the UfD TB logo? Is Bill backing this? Quote Link to comment
LeGodFather
Is there a thread or some other place, where one can bragum.. talk about helping a TB reach its goal? And discuss how many "caches" it took and what distance it travelled, etc? And, is there a place where they are listed? Quote Link to comment
BlueDeuce
Well, a little further down the page is this thread. Has any Unite for Diabetes TB reached their destination yet? Quote Link to comment
