LostPuppy Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 Can't match that. The closest was caching the morning I was going to be best man for my buddy's wedding. No way I was going to miss adding another state to my list [] Quote
TrailGators Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 Did the wedding picture look something like this? Quote
Ambrosia Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 I'm still proud of Saxy taking his baby caching on the way home from the hospital. And taking a pic with his newborn baby holding a cache in his hands. Quote

TheAlabamaRambler Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 (edited) I'm no good at the search thingy, but if I recall correctly wasn't it Rothsafari who stopped to get a cache when taking their newborn baby home from the hospital? Now THAT's a geocacher! Edited December 12, 2006 by TheAlabamaRambler Quote
wimseyguy Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 I have spent my past two wedding anniversarys out of town at geowoodstocks 3 & 4. I didn't want to push my luck next year, so we're hosting it here instead. I have stopped along the highway to find a rest stop cache wearing a tuxedo in the snow on the way to a best friend's wedding. (what that cache was doing wearing a tuxedo I'll never know ) Quote
DutchBoy Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 (edited) My wife recently had carpal tunnel surgery. While I was looking online for the location of the surgery center I noticed a cache hidden less than 0.2 miles away (a park and grab). I stayed in the waiting area until the surgery was over. As we were leaving the surgery center, I picked up my wife and she just looked at me and said, "I am fine, you can go find the cache". I drove over and found the lamp post micro and we went home. I am either proud of my wife to let me, or am embarrased to tell anyone of my addiction. I also once found a cache on the way home from my uncle's funeral.......no it was not at the same cemetery. +sbell111 Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 I once found a few caches on my way to a funeral. I didn't know the person in question. It was simply a family obligation and I wasn't late (or dirty). Quote
