+Team JSAM Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 One of these icons will be chosen for the Undercover Cacher Geocoin but we just cant make up our mind. We like them all and my wife and I have changed our minds so many times that we thought we would ask for a little help from the forums on the matter. Please tell us which one you like the best, maybe you can make up our mind for us..... Thanks, Jake Icon # 1: Icon # 2: Icon # 3: Icon # 4: Icon # 5: Icon # 6: We are really torn between Icon # 3 and Icon # 5, what do you think? Quote
+Crowesfeat30 Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 In order of personal preference: #2, #3, #1, #4, #6, #5 Nice icons! CF30 Quote
+NorthWes Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 #5 - the others don't look undercover - they look SCOBEY! Alaska cachers know this is one of the genuine good guys way up North... He's been using this look for a long long time now... Quote

+Fluttershy Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 May I ask, does your coin resemble a thumb print? or am I just hallucinating? It's ok, if I am... Great coin! *I was thinking if it was a thumb print, I would use that as the icon* But, I like #3 too! Quote
+Anthus Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 #3, #2, #1 (in that order of preference) Quote
+The 4 F's Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 I like #3 the most...closely followed by #5 Quote
+LadeBear68 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Ok, I'm going to say this and probably be slammed but I don't think any of those icons resemble your coin. I really like the icon but I would use it for something that connects the icon and coin. Perhaps a shield would be more appropriate. Quote
QuigleyJones Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 I like 3 for seriousness and 5 for non-seriousness Quote
Team Macha Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Well, seeing as how my vote my might turn the tide I will vote for #3 Quote
+TrailGators Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 #3, with #1 a close second. ditto Quote
+Sandtracker Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 My vote: #5 ...it's funny and stands out. I'll always push for more fun. For my second choice it would be #3 but the different parts of that icon have trouble hanging together for me...it's like a Rorschach I keep seeing other things in it... Quote
+Team JSAM Posted November 24, 2006 Author Posted November 24, 2006 Well thanks for your help I think our minds have finally been made up as to which one, I guess you will have to wait and see... Also I forgot to mention that Chris from fox-and-the-hound did the icons without his help I would be lost I have no skill when working with 32 X 32. Thanks again, Jake Quote
+Lemon Fresh Dog Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 #1, 2 and 3 (I know - big help) I think that #1 stands out the most. The 2-tone on 3 is cool, but almost over-kill (I like simple icons). Quote
