+ClayC
Whats main difference between the 60 CSx and 76 CSx? According to the garmin.com comparison page, they are identical, except for price. Or course they look different, but is one better than the other for some reason Im missing? Quote Link to comment

+Cardinal Red
The 60CSX has 10 buttons and the 76CSX only has 9 buttons. (The 60CSX places the Power Switch on top near the antenna). That gives the 60CSX room for a dedicated MARK button (it does not have to share with the ENTER button). Quote Link to comment
+geofireman
If you will be using this unit on/near deep water (I will be kayaking with mine as well), you really want to look at the 76CSx. It will FLOAT when "Murphy's Law" kicks in, and it falls into the wet stuff. I will then be VERY thankful for this little feat. Quote Link to comment
+Train_Man
The only advantage i'm aware of other than the mark button (not a big deal at all) is that it floats which IS a big deal if you use it on the water. I have a 60CSx and love it but i don't do any water stuff with it. Quote Link to comment
