First you need to read up on the subject here in the forums.

Then you can contact any of the coin companies listed in that topic. Any of them will help you with the design and pricing.

Talk to a few companies, but realzie pricing isn't the only variable. Look at the quality of the coin, cost of artwork (if any) and previous coins that they have done.

The coins generally cost between $4-$6 depending on the size and quantity you produce. Each vendor can send you a price breakdown sheet that shows you what each feature costs.

 

The tracking numbers are $1.50 each with an added fee of $150 for the icon, most coin vendors will order the numbrs for you.

 

You will also have to get your design approved by Groundspeak
