Easy access to public bookmarks?

Someone asked in teh New England forum about finding all teh bookmarks for New England.

 

Is there an easy way to browse bookmarks? I've missed it, if so.

 

If it is not there, adding a way to browse all the bookmarks by state and perhaps region would be a great way to find cool public bookmarks rather than accidentally stumbling upon them when seen on a cache page.
