+jmmhooper
If you go to a cache you have already found to swap TB's, is logging it online enough or do you log it in paper log as well? Thought paper log was for "finds" only. Quote Link to comment
+Arrow One
Online logging is what most peple do regardless, but signing the paper log I would say is optional, as you had already found the cache. Quote Link to comment
+Beffums
I normally will leave a note in the paper log, just in case someone is trying to figure out (when they are at the cache without access to a computer) what happened to the TB they thought was there and when did this other TB show up? Sometimes the next cacher is just minutes behind you... Also, the online log helps with this, but sometimes TBs disappear. Having it in the online log as well as in the paper log just makes it easier to figure out when and where a TB might have left the cache. Quote Link to comment

Thats what happened to me and the people after me commented online that I did not log it in the paper cache log. I guess they were confused but I took it as a flame since I logged it online. +Eartha
You should log in the paper log any trades made, in case someone comes to the cache right behind you looking for that particular TB. Online you post a Note only, not another find. It's proper to let folks know in the log where the TB went in both places. Quote Link to comment
