ghadrw Posted October 19, 2006 Share Posted October 19, 2006 The course pointer on our Vista CX compass does not show up when it is on just compass mode (ie - not pointing to a destination). Originally it showed up and the after lending it out, it came back and is not showing. Our friend says he does not remember doing anything different. I tried Garmin support and they were unable to help us. Has anyone had this problem or know of a way to correct it. Thanks Quote Link to comment
jonners Posted October 19, 2006 Share Posted October 19, 2006 I believe you will only get the course pointer if you have set a destination to navigate to. Hence if you FIND a WAYPOINT and select GO TO, you should then see a course pointer appear on the compass. Not sure from your post if you have already tried this. Quote Link to comment
