I always get that red disclaimer message when i visit a cach page, is there anyway to get rid of if. or is it normal. i have tried visiting the disclimer and waiting a bit then refreshing the listing. but thats not working

Its part of the page and there for obvious reasons. You can't get rid of it, unless you use Firefox and write yourself a Greasemonkey script.

RIP is easier than GM for just removing stuff, but still Firefox only.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to remove it?

It's irrelevant for all but US lawyers. :(

I generally remove superfluous elements on sites I visit often in order to gain screen real estate (nice when browsing in 1024x768 from my laptop), to quicker read the actual content and have a calmer web user experience.
