+UOTrackers
Surely you've been browsing through these forums and an idea pops into your head. "Hey that would make a great coin", but you simply don't have room in your budget to make the idea happen. Do you just hold onto your idea? Do you give it away? I'm sure there are many of you out there that wonder the same thing, so maybe this thread could help. Quote Link to comment
+Damenace
I have been in this boat . I usually send an email and try to sell the idea to someone that has the ability to make it reality. Quote Link to comment
+nscaler
I came up with the idea for the Earth Coin. No really. I wanted a coin that everyone could relate to. We all (present space station people not included, but what a view!) live here. So I put out the idea. I "borrowed" the earth views from Google Earth to get things going. Others took the bait, er, idea and ran with it. Forum people contributed ideas. The "third rock from the sun" was my idea... I think. But I helped push it to stay, when others did not like it. It got made! I have several of them. I am kind of leery to place them in caches, but they will go! Eventually So even if you don't want to go to all the work (or expense) of seeing an idea out there, just voice the idea. If it fizzles out, oh well! Quote Link to comment
+WWC-World's Worst Cacher
Ops . . . . feeling not quite as dilligent as I shoud be, but am actually still playing with some of your ideas. So hang in there. I will send you an e-mail. Quote Link to comment

I'm in the camp of "having an idea", but I also believe that (financially) I can make it happen as well. The idea's only been brewing for 5 days now, though, so it's not yet ready for pre-orders Stay tuned... Quote Link to comment
Jake - Team A.I.
I've got a few drawn up and when I can get the funds I'll see about having them produced. I've got 2 coin in the works now, and 3 more waiting for the right timing for releasing. Quote Link to comment

(if you know the song reference you just dated yourself) Isn't that in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Song somewhere? I've always got ideas brewing, some good, some not so good, but it's fun thinking of them and trying to get them out of my head and into a .gif! Quote Link to comment

I'm sure there are many of you out there that wonder the same thing, so maybe this thread could help. The first thing we did after the BC Geocoin was start a list of coin ideas as we came up with them. We like to mull them over, play with concept art and designs and revisit them later. Sometimes we actually create the final design and then we save it for when we have time to continue the process. Other than the Landsharkz personal coin (coming soon) and the BC Geocoin, all the other coins we've been doing are for other people. It is great, but there are only enough hours in a day, so our own designs sit there waiting for a 36 hour day! Hopefully a couple of our own designs will make it to the top of the heap soon Quote Link to comment
+Rattlingcrew
I gave away a few ideas, the two I really wanted to pursue, I contacted somebody and got them started. I could not afford to do them on my own, so I borrowed some money to get them done. I actually wanted to do a POW coin as well, but thankfully, somebody else got to it before I did. I have a couple more I would like to see done, from there, I'll probably just pass the ideas along. I have an idea for my own personal coin, just how to tell the story though. +Shop99er
When one or the other of us have an idea, we sketch it out, sometimes on a napkin. That's how my current personal coin was born. Once we're ready, we go off and have the thing made. Right now, we are in different stages of at least five differnet coins. Some are ordered, some are in art review, some are in final design. There is another one that is in the first stages of design. Quote Link to comment
