Caching in Cincinnati?

Hi,

 

I'm coming to Cincinnati next week, and I plan to do a few caches while I'm there. I'm staying at the university campus, so I think some of the caches around there would be a good place to start.

 

Is there anything I should watch out for? Any neighborhoods which I should definitely avoid? Any advice would be very welcome.

It would also help to know where in cincinnati you'll be, and what times of day will be free for you. You'll find that there may be many of us willing to meet up with you to act as tour guides.
