+sTeamTraen
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/4789305.stm Any caches nearby which might need to be temporarily disabled ("searchers will be shot or sent to Guantanamo") ? Quote Link to comment
+S&G.Davison
If the police find any caches in the wood .. do they sign it .. "Found Cache.. Impounded Cache as potential national Security Risk" I know we should not make lite of the situation Quote Link to comment

nobby.nobbs
my old stomping ground and i can fully understand why nothing there.... some undesirable locals.... as this goes to show !!!! Quote Link to comment
NickPick
Definitely no caches there, although I was thinking of looking for somewhere to place one, as it's very close to my office, but if Nobby Nobbs is right about the locals, then it might have to stay the only uncached woodland in Bucks. That is one reason why clear tupperware is better than ammo boxes though. Edited August 15, 2006 by NickPick Quote Link to comment
+Coppers Lot
I've done two scene watches at this location this week and it is a great wood.......seen most of it. Lots of dog walkers. Wouldn't place a cache there though, I agree with the undesirable comment. Quote Link to comment
NickPick
I just drove past the wood this morning on my way to a meeting - I've never seen so many coppers in High Wycombe! I wasn't sure what the mounted police were doing there though - I can't see what benefit being on horseback would be? Unless they're sniffer horses? I don't know whether the 2 policemen outside the house love their shift or hate it (it could be boring or could be great to stand outside a house all day getting the neighbours to make cups of tea) I hope I'm not one of the undesirables Quote Link to comment
nobby.nobbs
as if you could be an undesirable. mounted police.... well they've got to do something haven't they! standing outside a doorway for a whole shift.... is a pain in the.....insert area of body of your choice. did once get the first slice of someones christmas cake and cup of coffee though! +Coppers Lot
12 hours on your feet outside a house without being able to go any where is NOT fun under any circumstances....... Quote Link to comment
+Chris n Maria
i can't believe it - they have been searching for 2 days now and noone has decrypted the clue! Unless of course they did and it said "This one is so easy it dosn't need a clue" Edited August 17, 2006 by Chris n Maria Quote Link to comment
+KiwiGary
What they could do is drop some little green jeeps from a helicopter, I am sure a few cachers will find what they are looking for Quote Link to comment
