BWBlackett Posted August 7, 2006 Share Posted August 7, 2006 (edited) I'm allready to place my first cache - a puzzle one but unfortunately I've realised too late that I want to place it in a nature reserve, I've put all the rest of the clues together. It's got free public access at all times but GC rulles says I need the permission of the landowner - in this case Blackpool Borough Council. I have tried emailing the council and the Park Ranger service but haven't had a reply. Has anyone had any contact with this council or can suggest a better route into them ? Thanks, Brian.
