Finding Waymarks With Google Earth

I am sorry if this is already answered somewhere and I would gratefully accept a link to another thread... but this is my first time visiting WM and I am looking for how to search form WMs with Google Earth.

 

Is there a GE feature for WMing like GCing?

 

If available, Please treat me like a dense old man.

 

Step by step instructions.

First I had to do this signing thing.

 

You may have done that already.

 

You must pick at least one category as a favorite. In a category's page, click the little red Favorite box so the hand turns orange. (You can pick several categories as favorites.)

 

Then click on MY PAGE on the left edge of any Waymarking page.

 

Then on the right side, click on "View in Google Earth".

 

Say to OPEN the file when it asks. (Open it with the default application, Google Earth.)

 

While in Google Earth, you must zoom in to an elevation (see bottom right of screen) of less than 550 miles to start seeing the icons for the waymarks of your favorite categories.

Thank you very much for the instructions... do I now understand that you can only view WMs of one category at a time?

 

Is there a way to turn them all on like GC?

Where is that little red Favorite box, I am not able to see were it is.

It is to the right of the name of the cateogory.

I don't see the red box if I am not logged in.
