Cave Troll and Eeyore
Whilst out finding THIS cache today we came across 2 dead, uninjured moles on the path! Just wondering if anyone else has come across anything similar recently whilst out caching? Quote Link to comment

currykev
I have come across a dead fox cub that had no apparent injuries while in Oxford.I guess thats how life really is outside our city environs. Its a geocaching learning curve, and its the main reason I hold this hobby dearly to my heart. +Eclectic Penguin
Lost count of the number of dead sheep I've seen this year... 10+ There was a dead sheep carcas right next to the final cache in the "Wales’s Premiere Travel Bug Prison" (GCJMHZ) when I visited. I'm told it's since been removed. Quote Link to comment

BareClawz
To mention another game animals play. Have you noticed that heifers, cows or even horses stand beside each other nose to tail. I used to think this was so that their tails were fly swatters for the other. Then I realised they were really playing peek-a-poo BareClawz Quote Link to comment

KlustaDuk
No dead ones near us, just a very much alive one on Sunday afternoon while scouting the area for new cache hiding places. It was scuttling through fallen leaves on a path. Probably only the second time I've seen a living breathing one in my entire life. Quote Link to comment
BareClawz
Where would you find such a deer? Probably a freezer. This time of year there are deer foals about. If you are lucky enough to see one they will lie still and hide. You can guarantee mum is not too far away. Should you approach close enough to leave your smell on the young 'un then mum tends to abandon them. Quote Link to comment

Pharisee
Had a very lively weasel run across the path just a few feet in front of us on Sunday. [] Quote Link to comment
