Looking For Best Software To Geocache W/pda?

Does anyone know how to add GPS software to a PDA? I have an IBM workpad 8602-20x that runs Palm OS and I would like to geocache with it. I'm told I can load GPS software, but I'm not really sure how that would work? Does it track your way to the cache using satellite or digital compass? Do you know if it would be better to load Geo Niche or GPS Tuner or some other type?

Thanks for your help!

I get the pocket queries in e-book format and use Mobipocket reader to read them. Does your PDA have a utility that allows you to intall a program on your computer and then transfer it to the PDA? Mine is a Palm Tungsten E-2 and the program is called, simply, "quick install".

I can quickly search it in different ways and I can see hints quickly, but only when I am ready to see them. I can store different queries under different names. But it doesn't do tracking or maps. It's just a small, convenient substitute for paper, a lot faster than printing paper ( a few seconds for an entire query as oppposed to a few seconds for each page if you do it on paper) and it shows unlimited logs.

I made a nice little padded case for it so if I drop my backpack, the PDA doesn't take a sharp impact.

I have an old 8mb handspring visor that I use. I dont have any special program all I do is view the cache pages I want to hunt for in printable format and then cut and past the info I feel I will need to my palm desktop software and sync to the handspring. It may not be as fast as downloading the info but this way you get just the info you want or need. I got my handspring visor off ebay for $15.00 all I use it for is Geocaching so if it gets lost or destroyed I wont be out much $$$.
