Looking For Someone Interested In Maintaining A Cache In Michigan

Hey all. I'm hoping some nice Yooper will be interested in maintaining a cache in the Iron River/Crystal Falls area.

 

I have all the coordinates, and tried to register a virtual cache there, only to be told that virtual caches no longer exist (so I don't always pay close attention to such things).

 

I live in Iowa, but have lots of family in the area. None of them cachers, unfortunately.

 

The site is a waterfall, along the Chicagon Slough between the Paint and Lake Emily. It's near Long Lake, and I've always known it as Long Lake Falls. With a 4-wheel drive, you can drive right up to 100 feet from the falls. Without, there's about a mile walk from a good parking place.

 

Beautiful falls, camping spot available, fishing, you can even take a dip at the foot of the falls. Plenty of great spots for a cache container.

 

Drop me an email if you're interested. I know I could do a Waymark, but I'd rather do a cache.

I kinda take offense to that ; ) We all know tha UP to be Gods country, you know where that makes the trolls don'tcha!!??! oops, that must be my upaneese coming out... trolls are the ones that live below the bridge.
