New Catagory

over the 4th of july weekend I went thought many small towns caching and saw a lot of military hard ware in town squares and thought these would make good waymarks.

How would i start a catagory and would anybody like to help ? thank

Have you searched the site thoroughly to see if these objects will fit into an existing category?

 

What would you call the Category? What would you call the Group that will manage the Category?

 

Getting a new category approved is quite an interesting exercise . . .

first check out the "military installations' category......

i have found that many items fit in here--it is not reserved for "just 'bases'".....

alternatively, there is the 'static aircraft category'

 

as for monuments:

there is a WWI cat, and a Civil War category......
